Roots Community is seeking a Multimedia / Content Designer to own the visual welcome—design flyers, brand assets, social visuals, and light motion that convey Roots' look and feel. You will ensure every first impression reflects care and quality, guiding volunteers for event graphics and production support.

This role unblocks design bottlenecks, maintains a consistent Roots identity, and works closely with programs to create clear, welcoming materials for our community.

Qualifications

• Own the visual welcome: flyers, brand assets, social visuals, and light motion.
• Guide and lean on design volunteers for event graphics and production support.
• Templates and systems to scale quality without burning out.
