Qualifications

• 1–3 years of successful outside sales experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or related field preferred.
• Strong understanding of lead generation and ability to connect with viable prospects.
• Comprehension of sales metrics and building a robust pipeline.
• Tech-savvy with MS Office suite and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Identify client business needs through goals, objectives, and processes; consider market trends to develop solutions.
• Deliver effective multi-platform, integrated sales presentations (broadcast, digital, events).
• Become a SME in digital assets (streaming, stations website, social advertising) to offer complete marketing solutions.
• Prospect aggressively to build and maintain a full sales pipeline via networking, cold calls, canvassing, referrals.
• Prepare orders, resolve billing issues, and submit regular sales reports and forecasts.
• Stay informed on the competitive landscape and emerging technologies.
• Think creatively and generate original ideas.

Cumulus Media | Savannah, GA has an immediate opening for a full-time Multimedia Account Executive to join the Sales Team in assisting their clients in our Savannah market - as well as contacts across the US - with multi-media business options that include both traditional media and highly targeted digital products, such as:

CUMULUS is seeking someone interested in modern, multifaceted media sales - that means selling multiple mediums and solutions. Successful candidates will be able to identify and develop new business opportunities; grow existing client relationships; offer solutions that help clients achieve their business goals; and meet or exceed set digital sales targets.

Key Responsibilities & Qualifications

• Able to identify client business needs through a deep understanding of their goals, objectives, and processes; as well as their external environment, including key market and consumer trends to proactively develop solutions to meet client objectives.
• Deliver effective multi-platform, integrated sales presentations (broadcast, digital, events, etc.)
• Become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in both digital assets (e.g., streaming, stations website and social advertising) and digital audience extension products to deliver a complete marketing solution to advertisers.
• Excel at prospecting and aggressively seeking new clientele by networking, cold calling, canvassing, referrals, or other means to build and maintain a full pipeline of sales prospects.
• Prepare orders, resolve billing issues, and submit regular sales, reports - pipeline lists, forecasts, and competitive analysis.
• Stay abreast of the competitive landscape and emerging technologies.
• Think creatively and generate original ideas.

• 1-3 years of successful outside sales experience required; exposure to Media Sales preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or related field is preferred.
• Strong understanding of lead generation and ability to connect with viable prospects.
• Comprehension of sales metrics, requirements to fill a sales funnel/robust pipeline of residual business.
• Tech-savvy - working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite programs, social networking platforms, and CRM tools/software platforms.
• Positive attitude and passion for the jobFlexible and creative; willingness to learn and grow professionally.
• Excellent communication skills.

Pay Range

USD $3,000.00 - USD $5,000.00 /Yr.

Pay RangeThe monthly pay range listed above reflects your guaranteed income during your first year, with additional opportunities to earn commissions
