Job summary

Cape Cod Community College seeks a Student Success Navigator to recruit and support multilingual ECE students in the Foundational Certificate Pathway. The role includes outreach in Brazilian Portuguese, enrollments, and bridging students to college systems and resources.

You will coordinate with faculty and staff, translate materials as needed, and help students navigate onboarding, technology tools, and advising to ensure academic progress.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in ECE or related field.
• Bilingual English and Brazilian Portuguese required.
• Experience in student services, advising, or related support.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with diverse populations.
• Ability to assist students with problem-solving and educational goals.
• Experience navigating Authenticator, college portals, Zoom, Moodle, and related platforms.
• Flexible schedule including occasional evenings.
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and guide multilingual ECE students through enrollment and onboarding.
• Inform sessions in Brazilian Portuguese; translate materials as needed.
• Provide direct student advocacy and connect to services.
• Attend bilingual ECE classes and support learning strategies.
• Maintain data and assist with reporting.
• Collaborate with contract team and grant staff.
• Support data management and reporting to EEC.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
