Qualifications

• Associate degree in a related field is required.
• Bilingual in English and Brazilian Portuguese is required.
• Experience in student services or advising is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with diverse populations.
• Ability to guide students through digital onboarding and tech platforms.
• Excellent organization and ability to meet reporting deadlines.
• Commitment to FERPA confidentiality and privacy guidelines.
• Valid MA driver's license and willingness to travel within MA.
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Recruit prospective ECE students in the Brazilian Portuguese-speaking community.
• Represent the program at events and translate materials as needed.
• Facilitate information sessions in Brazilian Portuguese about the program.
• Assist with enrollment, financial aid access, and onboarding requirements.
• Support students with educational technology onboarding and portal navigation.
• Provide direct student advocacy and connect to advising and resources.
