Multilingual Program Coordinator (MLPC) at Acceleration Academies serves as both a Content Coach and program coordinator for multilingual learners. This dual role combines direct instruction with specialized program management to ensure our Graduation Candidates (GCs) who are Multilingual Learners (MLs) receive appropriate support, assessment, and instructional accommodations in accordance with state and federal requirements.
Education: Bachelor's degree required, Master's preferred
Licensure: A South Carolina teaching certification with an ESOL endorsement (REQUIRED)
Experience: 2+ years of teaching experience (high school preferred)
Skills: Strong communication, time management, instructional planning, and collaboration skills
Passion: A deep commitment to helping at‑risk youth succeed academically and personally
