Qualifications

• Pass Interpreter Skills Assessment and CNH 40-hour Medical Interpreter Training certificate.

Responsibilities

• Eliminates language barriers to patient care.
• Interpret directly and accurately, in person, by phone, or video, without omissions.
• Manage assignments independently without close supervision.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries for patients, families, and staff.
• Maintain accurate documentation and logs of interpretation assignments in required systems.
