Job summary

Weekday AI is seeking practicing inpatient hospitalists (MD) to review, annotate, and evaluate hospital clinical documentation for AI systems. This remote, part-time role requires a current inpatient practice with a minimum of 10 hours per week and US base.

Qualified physicians have 2+ years post-residency, FDA/clinical documentation experience, and multilingual proficiency (advanced level in at least one other language). Epic familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications

• MD—hospitalist/internal medicine with 2+ years post-residency.
• US-based with current inpatient practice.
• Experience writing/reading H&Ps, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
• Advanced proficiency (C1+) in at least one non-English language.

Responsibilities

• Review inpatient documentation for accuracy and clinical soundness.
• Annotate inpatient encounters against detailed guidelines.
• Flag omissions and inaccuracies in AI-generated outputs.
• Provide structured feedback for engineering and product teams.
