Qualifications

• Prior insurance experience is not required.
• Must be willing to obtain Property & Casualty License.
• Must be willing to obtain Life & Health License.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through referrals and prospecting.
• Follow up consistently with prospects.
• Educate customers on insurance products.
• Provide insurance quotes and proposals.
• Maintain accurate records within agency systems.
• Conduct insurance reviews with customers.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals.
