King's Insurance Staffing seeks a Multiline Claims Examiner for its Northwest Ohio operations. The role focuses on reviewing auto liability and bodily injury claims with full training provided and exposure to commercial auto, general liability, and bodily injury matters.

You will handle intake through resolution, interact with insureds, third parties, and legal counterparts, and ensure compliance with regulations. Training and growth opportunities are emphasized in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years' experience handling auto liability claims (personal or commercial lines).
• Strong communication, investigation, and negotiation skills.
• Active adjuster license preferred but not required.
• High School Diploma required; Associate or Bachelor degree a plus.

Responsibilities

• Examine auto liability and injury files to determine coverage, fault, and loss valuation.
• Oversee files from intake to resolution, including involvement in legal proceedings and final agreements.
• Interpret medical documentation, incident reports, and records to form accurate conclusions.
• Collaborate with legal representatives and industry professionals for cost-conscious outcomes.
• Communicate with insured parties, third parties, and agency partners on status and developments.
• Maintain detailed records within internal systems in compliance with laws and procedures.
