Lockheed Martin in Archbald, PA seeks a Multifunctional Quality Supervisor - Fabrication to lead the fabrication inspection group and drive quality across programs from the Archbald facility. You will be the Multifunctional Quality Supervisor - Fabrication for the Quality Assurance team. Our team is responsible for delivering consistent, high-quality fabrication outcomes and ensuring compliance with all contractual and internal standards.
As the Multifunctional Quality Supervisor - Fabrication you will be responsible for leading the fabrication inspection group at the Archbald facility. You will coordinate recruitment, selection, and training of staff, assess performance, manage compensation and disciplinary actions, and allocate resources to maintain an effective business rhythm.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of professional experience, 3 years of professional experience with a related Master's degree; or equivalent work experience.
Experience with SAP/Apriso or equivalent ERP or MRP systems.
Must be able to read blueprint, work instructions and interpret engineering drawing.
Experience working successfully in a team environment and/or interacting with Customers/DCMA.
Must be able to support a flexible work schedule supporting overtime, off-Fridays, weekends, and/or alternate shifts to support product schedules as required.
Must be able to pass visual acuity and color perception exam.
Must be able to obtain a Government Secret security clearance.

Full-Time Salary Range: $76700.00 - $142500.00
