Job summary

Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) in Kingston Gas Plant, Harriman, Tennessee, is seeking an Administrative Representative to perform standard and non-standard transactions supporting management support services. The role involves researching information, documenting results, and coordinating across multiple functional areas.

Responsibilities include data entry, report formatting, procurement duties, and providing orientation or training.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated competence at the Administrative Representative level.
• Established experience in PC software applications.
• General experience in plant/organization business systems, standards, and processes.
• Degree, certification or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper classification, storage, retention, and disposal of organizational records.
• Coordinate and serve as organizational representative for office and personal communication equipment (copiers, fax machines, pagers, cells phones, etc.).
• Enter data/schedules into information and reporting systems and coordinate results.
• Format and retrieve standard and non-standard reports from business systems; identify discrepancies affecting decisions.
• Perform procurement and materials management tasks per contractual agreements, requisition, and receipt of goods/services.
• Coordinate assigned work activities for functional areas.
• Provide orientation or training in assigned areas.
• May coordinate work for first two levels of staff.
