Job summary

Lignetics, INC. in Kentucky is seeking a Production Worker / Log Line Operator to operate and cover multiple areas on a 6a-6p and 6p-6a schedule. You will move and stack logs, monitor quality, and prepare units for storage.

This role requires basic forklift experience, good coordination, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and the capacity to pass forklift training and read scales. Competitive pay and benefits accompany the position.

Qualifications

• Prior forklift and production line experience preferred.
• Good eye, hand and foot coordination.
• Ability to pass forklift training.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for 7 hours daily.
• Able to read and interpret scales.

Responsibilities

• Move and stack logs onto a pallet measuring 36x40 to create a bulk log unit.
• Watch product quality and remove items that don't meet criteria from the line.
• Move full rack of logs to designated cooling area when rack is full.
• Band the unit, stretch wrap, cover, and place outside for storage.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
