Responsibilities

• Work safely at all times and follow Pratt Industries safety rules and procedures.
• Follow GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices) and quality procedures to prevent defects.
• Operate and set up production machines; perform cleanup and basic maintenance to meet customer demand.
• Cross-train on other machines and learn other positions in the plant.
• Maintain accurate reports and ensure timely data entry (Production Data, Machine Status, Safety and Quality data).
