Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Multifamily Construction Superintendent in California to oversee all phases of large-scale projects, bringing them in on time and under budget. The role requires leadership of site teams, close collaboration with clients and architects, and strict safety adherence.

Salary ranges from $150,000 to $168,000 per year with a company car and/or gas card, 100% health benefits for employees, generous PTO, and a 401(k) with match. This is a full-time on-site role in Palm Springs, CA.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of multifamily construction experience
• 2+ years as Superintendent supervising project teams
• Extensive experience with 200+ unit multifamily and mixed-use projects
• Proficiency with MS Project and Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with Procore software

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of a construction project from planning to completion
• Ensure site safety and promote a safety-first culture
• Plan and schedule the project to achieve efficiency
• Provide leadership to all team members and subcontractors
• Lead meetings with team members, subcontractors, clients, and architects
• Coordinate inspections with local jurisdictions and inspectors
• Maintain documentation including daily logs and timekeeping
• Address issues with client, architect, and project team promptly
