Job summary

Engtal is seeking a Construction Superintendent to lead commercial projects in Connecticut from mobilization through closeout. You will supervise field operations, manage subcontractors, and ensure safety and quality across projects.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in commercial construction, prior superintendent experience with a GC/CM, and strong leadership and communication skills. Connecticut experience is preferred, with a stable pipeline and limited travel.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of commercial construction experience.
• Experience as a Superintendent with a GC/CM.
• Strong subcontractor coordination and scheduling experience.
• Capable of managing projects independently in the field.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Connecticut construction experience preferred.
