Job summary

Dominium Development is seeking a Real Estate Development Analyst to support multifamily development across opportunity through construction, stabilization, and conversion. You will work in small teams, perform financial analyses, and assist with financing and due diligence to move projects forward.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or another analytical field.
• Previous real estate development, acquisitions, private equity, investment banking, lending, or related experience required.
• Experience in real estate clubs, coursework, internships preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial modeling.
• Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Strong quantitative, mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities with internal teams.
• Ability to learn unfamiliar areas of development and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Source and underwrite investments across development and acquisition opportunities.
• Build and maintain financial models, pro formas, cash flow, and returns analyses.
• Evaluate market fundamentals, rents, costs, and financing assumptions.
• Support structuring and closing of project financing with lenders and investors.
• Coordinate due diligence and entitlements through the development lifecycle.
• Participate in construction oversight and transition to operations.
