The role requires strong organization, clear communication, reliability, and a valid driver's license; a degree is not required and 1 year of experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Keep properties clean and repair on a regular basis.
• Perform plumbing, electrical, drywall, HVAC, and appliance maintenance.
• Coordinate with management and vendors to complete work orders.
• Ensure vacant units are ready within 7 days of vacancy and turns are timely.
