Job summary

BruZiv Partners LLC is seeking an Assistant Property Manager for a 259-unit multifamily property in Norton, OH. The role involves tenant relations, marketing, leasing, budgeting support, and maintenance coordination, with close work to the Property Manager to ensure efficient operation.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of property management experience, strong communication, and proficiency with AppFolio. The position is full-time with benefits including health, dental, vision, and 401(k).

Qualifications

• 3+ years of directly relevant multifamily property management experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Familiarity with AppFolio software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on leads and schedule appointments for prospective tenant tours to maintain low vacancies.
• Assist the Property Manager with leasing from inquiry through move-in.
• Prepare and submit purchase orders for management approval.
• Process rent deposits and record income/expenses in AppFolio.
• Provide excellent tenant service and timely response to requests.
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs, renovations, landscaping, snow removal and related activities.
