BruZiv Partners in Norton, OH seeks an Assistant Property Manager to support daily operations of a 259-unit multifamily portfolio. You will assist the Property Manager with leasing, tenant relations, marketing, and financial reporting while coordinating maintenance, renewals, and vendor communications.

The role involves overseeing showings, ensuring lease compliance, and maintaining property standards, with a focus on resident satisfaction and efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in multifamily property management or leasing environments.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Familiarity with AppFolio or similar property management software.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred and relevant work experience considered.
• Capable of handling multiple tasks with accuracy and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on leasing leads and schedule tours to reduce vacancies.
• Process rent payments and manage vendor invoices in AppFolio.
• Provide excellent tenant service and timely issue resolution.
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and vendor communication.
• Assist with occupancy administration and lease documentation.
• Prepare reports, budgets, and operational documentation.
