Job summary

Hrpliving is seeking a Property Accountant to oversee the full financial lifecycle of a portfolio of multifamily communities. You will manage accounting, treasury and reporting, working closely with Community Managers and leadership to ensure accurate close and timely financial statements.

Responsibilities include monthly closings, balance sheet reconciliations, and ownership reporting, with potential travel and audit support. A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data.
• Experience with property management accounting is preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office and Yardi Voyager.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting, treasury and reporting for multifamily properties.
• Review monthly financial packages and perform reclassifications as needed.
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and monthly close activities.
• Distribute monthly reporting to owners and manage disbursements.
• Support audit and tax procedures and maintain documentation.
