Job summary

Acendion Collective, a part of The Fischer Group, leads multifamily commercial preconstruction from feasibility through handoff. You will coordinate design, engineering, estimating, and procurement to establish cost certainty and constructable scopes.

The role emphasizes data-driven cost input, risk identification, and collaboration with diverse partners to align project objectives and procurement strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum seven (7) years of experience in commercial construction, including preconstruction, estimating, or quantity takeoff activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead early project feasibility by reviewing conceptual plans and program assumptions, developing budgets and cost metrics, identifying drivers and risks.
• Coordinate design deliverables and schedules with Design Manager and Structural Engineering Manager.
• Direct estimating across schematic design, design development, and construction document phases with cost modeling and takeoffs.
• Coordinate scopes, exclusions, alternates, value engineering, and GMP packages.
• Oversee procurement and buyout strategies, vendor outreach, prequalification, and bid solicitations.
• Ensure alignment of procurement with budgets, assumptions, and project schedules.
