Job summary

Superior Building Company, LLC is seeking a Lead Multi‑Family Plumbing Superintendent for projects across Middle Tennessee. The role pays $35.00–$40.00 per hour, depending on experience, and is a full‑time on‑site position.

You will lead and supervise plumbing crews on multi‑family projects, coordinate manpower and materials, read blueprints, and work with project managers, inspectors, and subcontractors to keep schedules and budgets on track.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of multi‑family plumbing leadership experience as a Superintendent or Foreman.
• Extensive knowledge of multi‑family plumbing systems, including underground, top‑out, and trim.
• Strong blueprint reading skills.
• Proven ability to lead crews and coordinate multiple phases of construction.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Must pass a pre‑employment drug screening.
