Job summary

frēijē Engineered Solutions Company is seeking a Multifamily Plumbing Project Manager in Indianapolis, IN to own projects from conception through closeout. You will lead kickoff, planning, submittals, and coordination with vendors, and manage budgets, change orders, and profitability.

The ideal candidate has 3–10+ years in plumbing project management, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, and preferably PMP or Construction Management training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent hands-on experience required.
• 3–10+ years of plumbing project management experience.
• PMP or B.S. in Construction Management preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; AutoCAD, Vista, and Bluebeam a bonus.
• Solid understanding of blueprints, specs, contracts, and job cost tracking.

Commercial Plumbing Project Manager

The Plumbing Project Manager takes ownership, delivers excellence, and leads projects from concept to closeout for multifamily projects.
