Qualifications

• 3–5 years interior painting experience, preferably within multifamily housing.
• Proficiency in surface preparation techniques including caulking, patching, sanding, and priming.
• Strong experience with both manual paint application (rollers and brushes) and spray equipment.
• Ability to produce consistent, high-quality results in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Multifamily experience strongly preferred; must demonstrate ability to balance speed and quality standards.
• Ability to travel between multiple properties as needed; valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move painting materials and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Complete interior painting for apartment turns across multiple properties, ensuring units are move-in ready.
• Perform surface preparation including caulking, patching, sanding, and priming.
• Apply paint using both manual methods (rollers and brushes) and spray equipment.
• Follow defined scopes of work, color standards, and company quality expectations.
• Complete assigned work within scheduled timelines to support turn deadlines and service scheduling plans.
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality and identify touch-ups prior to final unit delivery.
• Communicate any additional repair needs or scope gaps that may impact timelines or quality.
• Maintain equipment, tools, and supplies in good working condition.
