Job summary

Plenty of Places Apartment Homes seeks an experienced residential painter to support West Side properties in the Denver Metro area. The role involves surface preparation, interior and exterior painting, and matching colors to community standards, working closely with maintenance and management teams.

Qualifications

• Prior residential, commercial, or multifamily painting experience preferred.
• Knowledge of painting techniques, surface prep, and drywall repair.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding work.

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces for painting, including patching, sanding, scraping, and priming.
• Paint apartment interiors between resident move-outs and move-ins.
• Paint common areas, hallways, offices, clubhouses, and exterior surfaces as needed.
• Match paint colors and finishes to community standards.
• Maintain painting tools, equipment, and supplies.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Work closely with maintenance and management teams to complete projects on schedule.
• Ensure all completed work meets quality standards and resident expectations.
