Job summary

Titan Mechanical & Plumbing is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale multifamily HVAC and plumbing construction from preconstruction through closeout. The role requires coordinating field and office teams, managing budgets, schedules, and contracts, and maintaining strong owner and contractor relationships.

You will oversee safety, on-time delivery, and profitability while guiding Project Managers and coordinators. Hybrid work with travel to job sites is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in mechanical construction.
• Experience with multifamily projects is required.
• Ability to read drawings, specifications, contracts and scopes of work.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, job costing and scheduling skills.
• Proven leadership, communication, organization and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee large-scale multifamily HVAC and plumbing projects from startup to closeout.
• Develop, monitor, and maintain budgets, schedules, forecasts and cost controls.
• Review contracts, drawings, submittals, RFIs and change orders; manage purchases.
• Identify issues early and coordinate with field leadership to resolve them.
• Lead project meetings and provide clear progress updates on risks and scope.
• Mentor junior PMs and ensure proper project documentation and closeout.
