Z Modular in Marble Falls, TX is seeking a Community Maintenance Technician to support the FLATZ 830 community. The role focuses on completing service requests, preventive maintenance, and ensuring building systems operate safely and efficiently for residents and staff.

You will troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, electrical issues; perform minor carpentry and painting; maintain pools and common areas; and assist with on-call maintenance and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of general maintenance experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational training preferred.
• HVAC, plumbing or electrical certifications preferred; EPA Type II/Universal HVAC certification or obtained within 90 days; CPO preferred.
• OSHA safety training preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret building systems; strong problem-solving.

Responsabilités

• Assist with making-ready units in accordance with Z Modular standards.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, appliances, plumbing and electrical systems.
• Perform minor carpentry, drywall repairs and painting.
• Respond to resident service requests and maintenance needs promptly.
• Re-key locks and cut keys as needed; routine inspections and preventive maintenance.
• Maintain pool areas, chemical balance and safety compliance; clean common areas.
• Identify safety hazards and address them; remove trash, debris and power wash surfaces as required.
• Support landscaping upkeep and monitor inventory of tools and materials.
• Document service requests and maintenance activities accurately; participate in on-call rotation.
