Qualifications

• Ability to diagnose and repair issues per safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned work orders from residents, diagnose defects, and make repairs per policies and code requirements.
• Prepare vacant units for leasing by completing pre-move-out inspections, creating punch lists, and coordinating vendors.
• Track inventory, obtain supplies, and return unused items to storage.
• Document service requests accurately for tracking and reporting.
• Assist in maintaining grounds, common areas, and amenities; perform cleaning and painting tasks as needed.
• Periodically inspect contractor work for quality, meeting scope and specs.
• Attend safety meetings and comply with OSHA and safety policies.
• Provide courteous customer service to residents and address maintenance inquiries.
• Conduct routine inspections and communicate property needs to management.
• Work on-call including weekends and nights.
