Qualifications

• 1 year of maintenance experience or more.
• HVAC experience preferred.
• EPA and CPO certifications preferred.
• Experience with drywall, painting and carpentry.
• Knowledge of plumbing, including sweating copper pipes.
• Working knowledge of electrical systems, outlets, switches, and light fixtures.
• Ability to diagnose and repair appliances (refrigerators, stoves, dishwashers).
• Familiarity with electric and gas water heaters.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders efficiently and according to priority.
• Turn apartments between resident occupancy (Make Ready).
• Paint and stain interiors and exteriors as needed.
• Perform HVAC, plumbing, and electrical repairs.
• Maintain property grounds and complete preventative maintenance.
• Keep maintenance areas clean and organized.
• Share 24/7 emergency coverage duties with other team members.
