Job summary

Envolve Client Services Group seeks a Full-Time Maintenance Technician to service Rio Grande, Graham, and Williams properties in El Paso, TX. You will perform repairs, preventative maintenance, and on-site troubleshooting of building systems.

Requirements include 2 years of maintenance experience; HVAC and EPA certification are preferred. Driver's license and basic tools are required for duties and on-call emergency support may be needed.

Qualifications

• Two years maintenance experience required or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• HVAC and/or EPA certification preferred.
• Previous multifamily experience preferred.
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs repairs, troubleshoots systems, and completes preventative maintenance.
• On-site basic repairs including HVAC, appliances, water heaters, electrical and plumbing systems.
