Job summary

Envolve Client Services Group in San Antonio, TX, is seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Technician to work at McMullen Square. You will perform repairs, preventative maintenance, and on-site basic HVAC, electrical, and plumbing tasks to keep apartment communities in top condition.

Must have own tools, be able to respond to emergencies 24/7, and work with property teams to maintain safety and quality. HVAC or EPA certification preferred; prior multifamily maintenance experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Two years of maintenance experience or an equivalent education/experience mix.
• HVAC and/or EPA certification preferred.
• Prior multifamily maintenance experience preferred.
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs repairs, troubleshoots systems and completes preventative maintenance.
• On-site basic repairs including HVAC, appliances, electrical and plumbing.
• Available for emergency maintenance calls 24 hours a day when scheduled.
• Assist in training Groundskeepers and entry level Technicians.
• Inspect and document work and oversee subcontractors as needed.
• Maintain property for HUD/LIHTC and other program requirements.
