The Franklin Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician at The Woodlands at Phoebus in Hampton, VA. The role requires hands-on skills in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general repairs to maintain property operations and resident satisfaction.

Qualified applicants hold a high school diploma or GED and 1–3 years of related experience. On-site responsibilities include safety, inventory control, and responsive service to residents’ requests.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED; 1–3 years related experience.
• HVAC certification preferred; CAMT recommended; Fair Housing cert within 14 days of hire.
• Ability to read safety rules and manuals.

Responsabilidades

• Perform general maintenance: plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, appliance repairs.
• Respond to resident work orders and notify management on completion.
• Maintain daily upkeep of the community and prep vacant units.
• Ensure tools and supplies are properly stored and inventory managed.
