The role involves performing electrical, plumbing, appliance, carpentry tasks and maintaining common areas, with an on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies. Qualifications include 1+ year in multi-family maintenance, a High School Diploma, own hand tools, and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in multi-family maintenance.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Reliable transportation.
• Possess your own hand tools.
• General knowledge of maintenance functions including groundskeeping, painting, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, HVAC, pool maintenance (if applicable).
• Demonstrates teamwork, good hygiene, ethical behavior and integrity, excellent customer service and communication skills, ability to multi-task, resolve conflicts, and cost/benefit analysis.

Responsibilities

• Complete repairs in electrical, plumbing, appliances, or carpentry.
• Maintenance of common areas and fixtures; perform regular inspections.
• Respond to after-hours maintenance emergencies on a rotating on-call basis.
• Assist with stocking inventory and maintaining tools and shop area.
