Job summary

Odin Management LLC in Philadelphia, PA is seeking a reliable Apartment Maintenance Technician (HVAC Cert Preferred) for our multifamily community. The role focuses on organizing, prioritizing, and completing resident work orders and turnovers, with a strong emphasis on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry skills.

The ideal candidate will have 2 years of maintenance experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work well in a team.

Qualifications

• Minimum Type 2 HVAC certification preferred.
• HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry experience.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required.
• Ability to support and contribute to the team.
• Positive attitude.
• Two (2) years’ experience in previous relevant maintenance field.
• Neat, clean, and professional.
• Attendance is an imperative job function.

Responsibilities

• Complete resident work orders and turnovers efficiently.
• Maintain a count of outstanding work orders and report to the Property Manager daily.
• Keep the maintenance area neat and clean.
• Work on call rotations for maintenance emergencies.
• Coordinate with the Property Manager on purchasing parts/material as needed.
