Job summary

S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co. seeks a Maintenance Technician for Magnolia Place in Greenville to keep electrical and mechanical systems functional and address repairs promptly, ensuring a safe, comfortable living environment for residents.

The role requires after-hours responsiveness and adherence to Fair Housing laws. Essentially, you will perform plumbing, electrical, drywall, and tile work while supporting HVAC and general site maintenance.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and write English.
• Prior experience reflecting overall mechanical aptitude and ability.
• Valid Driver’s License (if operating a vehicle)
• EPA Certification for Freon Recovery; HVAC Certification.

Responsibilities

• Respond to residents' calls for service.
• Plumbing repairs.
• Tile laying and repair.
• Drywall installation and repair.
• Repair electrical switches.
• Assist with HVAC and refrigeration repairs.
• Lawn care and general property maintenance.
• Pool cleaning and carpet shampooing.
