Brookfield is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support its Millbrook property in Raleigh. The role focuses on HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and electrical tasks, ensuring safe and well-maintained apartment communities.

The position requires 1–2 years of commercial property experience, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid driver’s license. Excellent customer service and teamwork are essential for daily on-site operations.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in Commercial Property or multi-unit residential property.
• High School Diploma or GED; 3–4 years of experience can offset minimum educational requirements.
• HVAC, Electrical, or Plumbing certifications preferred.
• Valid driver’s license may be required.
• Strong communication, customer service, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform HVAC repairs, maintenance, and replacements.
• Carry out plumbing repairs and installations (sinks, toilets, faucets).
• Repair and install carpentry items (doors, shelves, countertops).
• Paint, drywall, and plaster touch-ups; electrical work as needed.
