Scully Company is seeking a maintenance-oriented team member at West Norriton, PA. You will support residents by handling calls, assist with ongoing upkeep, and help prepare apartments for move-ins while ensuring the property stays in top condition.

Qualifications

• Experience working on building maintenance.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Primary residency within 30 minutes of the property.
• Ability to meet physical demands.

Responsibilities

• Caring for residents by promptly answering resident calls.
• Providing top-notch customer service by following up with residents after repairs.
• Keeping an eye on the details of the property from the grounds to routine upkeep.
• Staying proactive about maintenance repairs and preparing apartments for move-in and turnover.
• Participating in rotating on-call which includes occasional weekends and evenings.
