ADP, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician for two apartment communities—Station at Elm Creek and 410 Heights—in San Antonio, TX. This full-time, on-site role includes preventive and corrective maintenance, on-call responsibilities, and ensuring a safe, well-kept property.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in multi-family maintenance.
• Own hand tools and reliable transportation.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a team.
• Possess ability to lift 20–50 pounds and perform physical work.
• Willing to work on-call and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on apartments and common areas.
• Respond to work orders within 24 hours to ensure resident satisfaction.
• Assist with turnover of vacated units within 3 days.
• Maintain inventory of tools and supplies and keep shop organized.
• Coordinate with Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager.
