Qualifications

• 2+ years in a maintenance role.
• 1+ years in multifamily property management preferred.
• Must supply own tools.
• Basic computer skills for data entry in software.

Responsibilities

• Performs maintenance tasks such as unit turns and work orders.
• Schedules and performs routine preventative maintenance.
• Liaises with leasing staff to ensure smooth communication.
• Inspects and coordinates make-ready repairs.
• Emergency on-call is required.
