Qualifications

• Must have 1–3 years of direct experience as a Maintenance Technician or related field.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance maintenance.

Responsabilités

• Complete daily work orders within 24 hours and communicate delays to supervisor.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, A/C/HVAC, appliances and carpentry issues.
• Coordinate with leasing staff to ensure make-ready repairs are on schedule.
• Respond to after-hours on-call emergencies.
• Maintain records for preventative maintenance, building mechanicals, service requests and make-ready status.
