Job summary

SRG Residential in Redmond, WA seeks a Maintenance Technician I at The Charles (246-unit community). The role covers turnover/renovation work, responding to service requests, and on-site repairs across plumbing, electrical, drywall, HVAC, and appliances.

This full-time position requires weekend availability (Sun–Thu, 9am–6pm). Compensation includes $22.00-$25.00 per hour, 401(k) match, rental incentives, renewal bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience across electrical, plumbing, drywall, painting and appliance work.
• Knowledge of OSHA requirements and MSDS procedures.
• Ability to read service orders and safety manuals.
• High school diploma or equivalent with related training; weekend work may be required.

Responsibilities

• Works on turnover and renovation units and responds to maintenance requests.
• Performs repairs (electrical, plumbing, drywall, HVAC, appliances) and prepares related paperwork.
• Participates in after-hours coverage as scheduled.
• Operates basic machine tools and fabricates/repairs components as needed.
• Maintains inventory and keeps storage areas orderly.
