Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Experience in multifamily maintenance preferred; EPA Certification is a plus.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills required.
Responsibilities
- Complete maintenance service requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Perform unit turns and prepare apartments for new residents.
- Maintain building systems, common areas, and grounds.
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance issues.
- Respond to emergency maintenance needs, including after-hours calls.
- Support property safety standards, inspections, and compliance requirements.
- Assist with maintaining inventory and maintenance supplies.
