Job summary

Bradley Company is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations at two South Bend apartment communities. You will oversee service requests, turns, inspections, and preventative maintenance while developing your team.

Requirements include 3+ years of maintenance experience, leadership skills, and the ability to diagnose HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry issues. Local on-site leadership and a valid driver’s license are essential.

Qualifications

• At least three years of hands-on maintenance experience in residential or multifamily settings.
• Experience leading or supervising maintenance staff.
• Ability to diagnose and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry issues.
• Strong organizational skills and clear communication with residents and management.

Responsibilities

• Lead, schedule, train, and support the maintenance team with daily priorities.
• Oversee service requests, turns, inspections, preventative maintenance, and seasonal needs.
• Troubleshoot and complete HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance, carpentry, and general repairs.
• Coordinate with property management to address resident concerns and keep work moving.
• Coordinate vendors, supplies, tools, and project costs within budget.
• Maintain records and ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
