Bradley Company is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to support up to five multifamily communities in South Bend, IN. You will handle maintenance requests, perform a range of repairs, and prepare units for turnover, ensuring safety and quality standards across properties.
The role requires collaboration with property managers and residents, along with a commitment to safety, documentation, and responsive service.

Maintenance Technician
The Maintenance Technician plays a key role in delivering prompt and professional maintenance services within our multifamily residential portfolio. Depending on business needs, this role may be assigned to a specific property or support multiple properties within a designated region. Responsibilities include addressing service requests, performing skilled repairs, preparing vacant units for turnover, and maintaining the overall appearance and safety of the property. Working closely with property managers and residents, the Maintenance Technician ensures a positive living experience by upholding high standards of care and responsiveness.
This role will support up to 5 of our multifamily communities in South Bend, Indiana including: East Bank Village, Uhrig Apartments, and Hope Avenue Homes.
Monday through Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm; on-call rotation required.
Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned to support business needs and contribute to team success.
