Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company in San Antonio, TX is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor for a multi-family community. You will oversee daily maintenance operations, manage service requests, and ensure high-quality workmanship in line with WBPC standards.

The role emphasizes leadership, safety, and preventive maintenance, with duties including scheduling, hiring, vendor coordination, and budgeting for the department.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of related maintenance experience.
• Experience supervising a team.
• Expert-level understanding of electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, painting.
• Certifications preferred: HVAC, EPA & CPO where applicable.
• Effective communication with management, vendors, and residents.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and supervise the maintenance staff in daily activities (maintenance, installation and repairs, service requests, turns, cleaning of grounds and common areas).
• Hire, train and develop maintenance staff and enforce safety policies.
• Communicate effectively within the team and motivate staff.
• Participate in department/region meetings and community events; lead safety and department meetings.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for installation, maintenance, and repair work.
• Ensure service requests and make-readies are completed accurately and timely.
