Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1–3 years of facility, commercial, or multifamily maintenance experience.
• HVAC systems knowledge and preventive maintenance experience.
• General plumbing, electrical, painting, and appliance repair knowledge.
• Ability to operate standard maintenance tools safely.
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident service requests and complete work orders on time.
• Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems and perform preventive maintenance.
• Complete plumbing repairs, leaks, and clogs.
• Perform minor electrical repairs and replace light fixtures.
• Repair appliances, locks, cabinets, walls, and flooring.
• Carry out painting and touch-ups; prepare units for move-in.
• Inspect vacant apartments and ensure readiness for move-in.
• Maintain pools, grounds, and common areas; keep service records.
• Participate in on-call rotations and after-hours emergencies.
• Maintain inventory of tools, parts, and supplies.
