Job summary

Roers Companies is seeking a Maintenance Manager in Aurora, CO to ensure property and grounds are well-maintained and equipment operates safely and efficiently.

You will lead the maintenance team, prioritize work orders, and uphold Roers high standards while delivering excellent resident service. This role demands strong leadership, technical expertise, and a commitment to safety across maintenance disciplines.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED is required.
• 2+ years property maintenance experience (apartment maintenance preferred).
• 2+ years customer service experience preferred.
• Must provide own hand tools (screwdrivers, wrenches, pliers, drill, etc.).
• Experience supervising maintenance staff preferred.
• Local market experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain multifamily properties and grounds to high standards.
• Supervise and mentor maintenance staff and technicians.
• Perform repairs in electrical, plumbing, and appliances.
• Assist with unit turns, cleaning, and painting when needed.
• Communicate professionally with Property Managers and residents.
• Participate in on-call rotation and respond to after-hours calls.
