Qualifications

• Experience in multifamily leasing, sales, or hospitality preferred; Class A/luxury experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage prospective residents with personalized tours.
• Guide prospects through the application and leasing process; address questions and objections.
• Support leasing performance by contributing to occupancy goals and conversions.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and digital channels promptly and professionally.
• Deliver high level of customer service to prospective and current residents to support satisfaction and retention.
• Support marketing and outreach efforts, including online presence and events.
• Maintain knowledge of community features and market to position the property effectively.
• Prepare lease documents, process applications, and maintain records.
