Job summary

Thompson Thrift's Watermark at Steele Crossing in Fayetteville, AR, is seeking a Leasing Consultant to drive occupancy and revenue, delivering an engaging prospect and resident experience at a Class A community. You will be the brand ambassador, guiding prospects through the leasing journey and coordinating tours, applications, and move-ins.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in leasing or related fields, with strong sales, communication, and customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of leasing, sales, customer service, or office experience.
• Experience in multifamily leasing or hospitality preferred.
• Class A or luxury multifamily experience a plus.
• Flexibility to work some evenings; must be able to work weekends.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle; mileage reimbursement at IRS rate.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage prospective residents, offering personalized tours highlighting community features.
• Guide prospects through the application and leasing process, addressing questions and objections.
• Support occupancy goals and leasing performance through effective conversion efforts.
• Respond to prospect inquiries across phone, email, and digital platforms in a timely, professional manner.
• Deliver high-level customer service to prospective and current residents to support satisfaction and retention.
• Support marketing and outreach, including online presence, reputation management, and events.
• Maintain detailed knowledge of the community, amenities, and market to position the property effectively.
• Prepare lease documentation, process applications, and maintain accurate records.
• Assist with resident move-ins and onboarding for a seamless experience.
• Collaborate with on-site management and team members to sustain a high-performing leasing environment.
