Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in Florida is seeking a Leasing Consultant for Multifamily properties to join our onsite team. You will tour the community, answer questions about amenities, and highlight lifestyle benefits to turn prospects into residents.

The role requires strong customer service, basic Windows skills, and at least 1 year of related experience. You will manage paperwork, coordinate move-ins, and contribute to occupancy goals while delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of related leasing or customer-service experience.
• High School Diploma, GED, or Vocational training.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Basic Windows computer skills and familiarity with office software.
• Courteous, professional, organized, and able to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Tour the property with prospects and answer questions about amenities and grounds.
• Highlight community quality and lifestyle to drive leasing activity.
• Assist prospects in qualifying for a lease and initiate background checks.
• Ensure apartments are prepared for move-in and coordinated paperwork.
• Provide excellent service to residents and support leasing staff on daily tasks.
• Other duties as assigned.
